Before work starts
If you cancel before work begins, contact us and we will review your refund.
After work starts
Work already completed is charged at the agreed rate. Any remaining balance is reviewed case by case.
Monthly services
You can cancel a monthly service before the next billing date. Time already delivered is not refunded.
